The service
ProspectMotive provides LinkedIn profile optimization, LinkedIn engagement and connection support, and managed B2B cold email outreach (research, campaign preparation, sending, and agreed follow-up). Appointment setting and other services are included only when separately agreed.
Scope, payment, and timing
The exact scope, fees, payment terms, timelines, revision rounds, and cancellation terms for any engagement are set out in an agreed written proposal. Nothing on this website is an offer to contract on fixed terms.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee leads, meetings, sales, revenue, or insurance outcomes. Results depend on the offer, audience, market, execution, and the client's own sales process.
Client responsibilities
Clients supply accurate business information, review and approve work before it is used, and keep control of their own personal accounts. For cold email campaigns, the sender, mailbox or domain access, recipient markets, data sources, approval steps, and opt-out handling are agreed in writing before sending begins.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Ownership of deliverables and confidentiality arrangements are agreed in each proposal.
Third-party platforms
LinkedIn and email providers have their own rules, which apply independently of any agreement with us. Client authorization does not override platform rules. ProspectMotive is not affiliated with LinkedIn and cannot guarantee that a platform won't limit or restrict an account.
