Privacy Notice
Draft for owner review — not a final legal notice. Items marked "to be confirmed" require the owner's real details and appropriate review before public launch.
Who we are
This website is run under the ProspectMotive brand. Legal operator: exact operator name — to be confirmed. Country of operation: to be confirmed. Contact for privacy requests and complaints: complaints@prospectmotive.com.
Part 1 — Review requests sent through this website
What the form asks for
- Your name and work email (required).
- Optionally, a public LinkedIn profile or company-page link, and a short note about your goal.
- Optionally, and only if you tick the box, your self-check score.
The form never asks for passwords. Please don't include policy documents, claims details, customer lists, payment information, or other sensitive information.
Why
To respond to your request and, if you wish, discuss working together. Sending a request does not add you to a marketing list. Profile links are not opened or scanned automatically.
Where it goes
Review requests are not open on this preview. Submitting the form only checks it in your browser — nothing is sent or saved. Before requests open, this section will name the storage and email providers that receive them and where they process data.
How long we keep it
retention period — to be confirmed
Self-check, cookies, and analytics
The profile self-check runs in your browser and its answers are not sent or saved. This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, chat widgets, or embedded calendars.
Part 2 — Business contacts in prospect research and outreach
When we run campaigns for clients, we research business contacts — for example a company name, a person's name and role, a work email address, and a short note on why the business may be relevant. We use agreed, permitted sources and record where information came from.
Information being publicly available doesn't mean every use is allowed, and not every person we contact has opted in. For each campaign we agree with the client on the data sources, the recipient markets, and how opt-outs are handled. Anyone who asks not to be contacted again is added to a suppression list and not emailed again for that client.
Roles between ProspectMotive and each client (who decides what, and who processes on whose behalf): to be confirmed per engagement. Retention for campaign data: to be confirmed. Providers used for research and sending, and where they process data: to be confirmed.
If you received an email from a ProspectMotive campaign and want to know what we hold about you or ask us to stop, use the opt-out in the email or write to complaints@prospectmotive.com.
AI tools
Which AI tools may handle which information, and their retention and training settings: to be mapped and confirmed before launch. Confidential client material is not sent to AI tools by default.
Sharing
Approved service providers may process information to deliver the service (for example, hosting or email sending). Whether we commit never to sell inquiry information: to be confirmed by the owner.
Your rights and requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or object to outreach, by emailing complaints@prospectmotive.com. The process and response time for requests: to be confirmed. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Changes to this notice
Effective date: to be confirmed. Version: draft-preview-2. A plain-language summary is on the Privacy & Security page.
